Nicholas Friesen

Nicholas is an IT technician and video editor based in Edmonton, Alberta. He has worked in the

post-production industry since 2017. He began editing hunting content for the Wild TV channel

in Canada and now dedicates his time working on animal conservation content with Starland

Studios. Additionally, he has worked in graphic design, camera, sound, location, and customer

service roles.

Education: Digital Media and IT Diploma from Northern Alberta Institute of Technology

(Honours); Film/Media Production Diploma from Recording Arts Institute of Saskatoon; Ultimate

Production Assistant Workshop with DGC Alberta; and Set Etiquette with Film Training

Manitoba. He is also proficient in MS 365, Adobe Creative Suite, Autodesk Maya, Topaz,

website, and social media tools.
