Based in Drumheller, Jon is the owner/ designer of Jon Sheppard Media. He is a graphics professional working in print, web, interactive, broadcast television, corporate video and film, Specialties are camera work, motion graphics for film and TV, editing and post-production, and graphic design for print, web, new media. Locally, he has worked with Reality Bytes, Badlands Animation, Image Crafter Signs, Digital Video Solutions, KSC Canada and Starland Studios.

Jon taught New Media/Graphic Arts program at Media Arts Xcelerator Campus involving Adobe Web Creative Suite CS5 (Flash, Illustrator, Photoshop and Dreamweaver) and is an avid user of Adobe After Effects, Muse and Edge Animate. He also has experience as a Computer Graphics Artist at Shaw Media / Global Calgary and in many other roles on productions for Discovery Channel, YTV, TSN, CBC Undercurrents, CTV Travelnet and American Journal of Medicine, as well as in feature films Getting In, Adventures of American Virgins and Global Meltdown.
