Raptor Valley Farm


In 2021, Raptor Farm moved their base of operations from British Columbia to 40 acres of some of the most scenic private property, amidst cliffs and coulees, in Drumheller, Alberta. They also built a new barn with a 30’ x 40’ studio space and 20’ high ceiling.

Owners Michael Sawyer is a visual artist and youtube videomaker, and his wife Bonnie is a bird handler.

Their flock includes: Emus, Rheas, Ostriches, Guinea Hens, Quails, Heritage Chickens, Heritage Turkeys, Conures, Geese, Ducks, Parrots and Peacocks.
Other animals include: Dogs, Cats, Goats and sheep.
